Summary: My 26

Review: My 26 years old car had multiple problems. Jan was very helpful in asking me detail questions on my car problems to make sure they could allocate all the time needed to fix them, then she gave me the earliest open time and made sure I had a loaner. The person who fixed my car was very good. He looked at each of my problems and in a matter of a day fixed them all. I have never had to bring my car back because of an error in their work. They do excellent quality work. Keoki explained to me exactly what each of the problems were and also held off working on a problem because it was okay for now and he will monitor the situation and recommend correcting it if needed. He also lowered my estimated cost. My above comments are the reasons I go Pearl City Auto Works (PCAW) for my car repairs. Guided by their owner, Erin, they do quality work, are honest and the cost is reasonable.
