Summary: I have never

Review: I have never been to an auto repair office that was so clean and welcoming. The service was excellent!! They drove me home and picked me up when my car ready. It was obvious they took pride in their work and customer service was their priority. Even at their busiest times, the team would drop what they were doing to assist and truly listen to each customer’s concerns and address each one. They were an Impressive team and it continued into the repair area. Their inspection report included photos documenting their 34 point complimentary inspection. No judgements were made at my inability to get my car serviced sooner and/ or vacuumed. They kept their word every step of way. It was not because I was first time customer either. Every customer was treated with the same kindness, dignity, and respect. Some customers just came by to say hello. That speaks volumes in my book. Before Bill’s Quality Auto Care going to have my car serviced was right up there with a root canal. But that is no longer the case. I highly recommend you visit Bill’s. You will not want to go anywhere else. Whether it be a blessing or a curse, they are stuck with me. I would not go anywhere else.
