Summary: Great service

Review: I would say whatever you do don’t go to Chase. The customer service is subpar and the work done is as good as Meinekes.(and that’s not saying a lot) They had my vehicle 32 days never was able to find the issues I brought it in for. They lied and said it no longer was making the knocking noise so I picked it up. I turned it on and heard the knock right away. I was told it would go away. After spending $1479 at Chase. ( I had wheel bearing and transmission gasket replaced too) I drove my vehicle to Ken’s and before they even charged me they said it sounds like you have an exhaust issue. It was an exhaust issue, manifold gasket needs to be replaced. Why didn’t the ASE mechanics know that? They had it 32 days made me spend money on the engine, (coolant pressure test, pressure wash the engine, oil change (it had just been replaced but I did what they said I needed to do) oil flush, and some additives) when it was obvious to another mechanics it was an exhaust leak.

Reply: Mr. Arnold. Your vehicle was brought in with a transmission concern which was addressed by our technician. Per our phone call, and your own admission, you never took your vehicle to another shop for a proper diagnosis. I apologize that your visit did not meet your expectations, and we at Chase wish you well in your travels.
