Summary: Kind and informative

Review: Customer service was nice, and informative, but I found it extremely expensive to use the code tool and finding no results.

Reply: We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the testing we performed on your Mini. To clarify, we performed far more than a simple code read, utilizing experienced technician time and advanced equipment in an attempt to troubleshoot the reported symptoms. Unfortunately, neither the reported symptoms or associated trouble codes were present at the time your vehicle was in our shop. The time spent trying to recreate the symptoms and investigating possible causes as well as two other issues that were present was communicated to you and approved by you in advance. Our time spend and charges to you were very fair in performing what you had asked of us to do.
