Summary: Fair and quality work

Review: AutoLogic is a locally owned independent shop that is well run and professionally staffed. They are friendly and honest, helping their customers make the best decisions about work needed for their automobiles. I have been a customer for years and have had extensive work done at times. They are always very good at telling me exactly what needs to be done and what it will cost. They make every attempt to keep the costs to a minimum. I have never been surprised by hidden costs when the work is done. They also get the work done when promised and if there is a delay they communicate with me to explain the delay beforehand. Truly "old school" service and commitment to their customers. It's nice that I can work with the same people from year to year - not much turnover in staffing. That says a lot about how the employees are treated. When I called recently to make my latest service appointment the owner Frank actually answered the phone and scheduled my service. When I arrived to drop off my car for my appointment Frank happened to be arriving at the same time. He greeted me by name in the parking lot. That amazed me.
