Summary: Outstanding

Review: I can honestly say this was the most thorough and attentive service my car has ever gotten!! Prior to this trip I’d only ever been to get service at various Toyota dealers because I was always disappointed at every single one I went to, but I was recommended Mark’s shop by my partner and his mother and I’m so glad I went. They gave me an incredibly detailed service report with photos of everything and explanations of what everything they found meant, how safe or unsafe it was to drive with, what could genuinely wait, and what was urgent. They fixed things that Toyota either unintentionally missed (for two years straight) or told me they’d charge an arm and a leg to look at. Everyone at the shop was extremely courteous and knowledgeable and helped me get everything I needed done in a day so I could get back to work without having to keep it overnight which was much appreciated. I am very happy to say I will never be going back to a Toyota dealer again for maintenance and am more than happy to make the drive out to Mark’s because I know I’m getting an excellent service.
