Summary: Quick and timely

Review: Incredible integrity, kindness, and helpfulness on every level. We had our Audi 2013 Allroad towed to German Auto Sport after an abrupt coolant leak, on the same day as the breakdown occurred, even though they were already booked for the day. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave us an estimate for repair -- and (amazingly!) also did additional research for us, on their hunch that the broken water pump may be covered by an obscure Audi extended warranty on that specific part for our model year -- a warranty which other shops, and even the Audi dealer, had no idea about. So instead of taking our money, they very generously provided the facts we needed to pursue a covered repair at Audi. All the while, everyone at the shop was kind, intelligent, knowledgeable, communicative, and just wonderful. I'm amazed at this shop. They've got a new fan.
