Review: From my experience going to this shop was a mistake to use them, I usually use Steve"s auto but was referred to hometown auto for a state inspection. I dropped my car off at 7 am called them at noon not ready sent me pictures of 3 people working on my car and all tires off and parts around car called a couple of times car finally ready at 4:30 I picked up my car and went home and started to check vehichle, I noticed my trim was broken around top of dash console. I called hometowns auto and drove back and the person I spoke with seemed not to care, but said he would check video , but I know thats code for I'm not doing anything, but I waited a week and no reply to my complaint, so now I will contact the bbb to make a formal complaint. I really dont suggest you use this shop, I dont think they are very honest, but I didnt deal with everyone there, but never the less, a company is responsible for damage to a vehicle no matter how small it is , and this person I delt with didnt care or bother to check or get back with me, and that's bad service. So heres the total for my Va state inspection Va state = $20 + 9 HRS wait time 1 trim peice $120 +labor to replaced This was my first and last visit. I've had and problem with service on my car and understand accident do happen but own up and follow up with customers.
