Summary: We'll know

Review: We'll know down the road since the work was more involved. This was our first experience with Grassland and it was a surprise that we were told the car should be finished by end of day on Tuesday but we didn't get a call that it was done until Wednesday afternoon. That caught us by surprise since they said they weren't that busy. It wasn't about being a day late. It was about not receiving a courtesy call to let us know they were not going to hit the Tuesday date as we were told. Each family has to arrange pickup with another driver so logistics for customers is assumed to be flexible and it's not that simple. We didn't argue on the costs or price check the quote we received. We were loyal to our last mechanic for over 20 years before their reliability fell apart even before Covid. Just looking for Grassland to be a reliable, trustworthy, and customer service focused company where we can take our many used cars for trusted repair.
