Summary: Clean shop

Review: I was informed in advance about the diagnostic fee and the cost for the initial repair was reasonable. I took some issue with the quoted cost to replace the remaining spark plugs on my vehicle. The quote for the parts was double the most expensive spark plugs I found online for my vehicle and the quoted time for the service was at least double what I saw other service techs do the job on youtube. I was quoted 3.5 hours to replace 16 plugs on a 8 cylinder 5.7 L hemi. I literally watched 2 complete videos online where the tech replaced all the plugs in about 1.5 hours. I was quoted almost $1200 to replace 1 coil pack and 2 plugs on cylinder #2 + the diagnostic fee + the other 14 plugs. I estimated around $600 for that work, prior to receiving the quote, so even if I was quoted $700 or $750 for the whole job I would have agreed but $1200 seemed very unreasonable. So I only agreed to the initial repair and diagnostics for a total of $366. Ultimately I would caution anyone to do a little research before agreeing to any work at this shop. Although I am satisfied with the work that I actually had done.
