Summary: Service was

Review: Service was fast. However, I have a few comments. On last year's inspection, a recommendation was made regarding the engine mount being cracked and replacing it. On today's inspection, nothing was mentioned about the engine mount being cracked. The only recommendation was to replace the windshield wipers. In looking at the link regarding today's service, there were 2 that needed immediate attention. 1. Drum brake in rear was not visible 2. Cabin air filter was hard to access. I was supposed to have been asked when were the above 2 last inspected. I was never asked that. Last year, PCAW was supposed to have done a thorough inspection of my car. I would think the rear drum brakes and cabin air filter were inspected, at that time . Thank you.

Reply: Thank you Gail for the feedback!! I truly appreciate it so we can improve our procedures with our services. I apologize for the confusion with the engine mount. Looking into it further, we found a discrepancy with the understanding of the recommendation. We will revise our recommendation & clear that up. Again I apologize & thank you for your understanding.
