Summary: Great customer service

Review: Excellent service. Tilson’s is a family owned business, that treat you like family. They do not push or pressure you into anything that you really do not need to have serviced. They have been in business for 40 years. They are honest and have a “small town” caring environment business. I took my car to them for an alignment in the morning before work, they gave me a ride to work and picked me up after work to bring me back to get my car. You just can not find that kind of service anymore these days. Their customer service is above and beyond. I highly recommend Tilson’s to anyone who wants to be treated right and fair. In a world that, in my opinion is out of control, it’s so reassuring and nice to know their are still good, kind and honest people out there.
