Summary: Couldn't be happier

Review: The reason i brought my truck in was because it was that it stopped blowing cold ac. The fan motor would not turn on and blow cold ac or work in defrost mode. on the first visit you did extensive diagnostic, added dye and freon to the system to test for leaks ang gave me a costly proposal for a vacuum chamber replacement. THIS ACCOMPLISHED NOTHING. The dye test discovered no leaks in the system. On the return visit no dye leaks were detected. The fan motor switch and relay connector were found to be defective. (burned up from excessive heat was the diagnosis). Replacement of the fan motor switch and connector now has the ac blowing well. Total cost of the 2 visits was almost $900. The fan switch replacement is the service that corrected the problem. EVERYONE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY, but i feel i paid an exorbitant amount for diagnostic work that did not identify the root cause of my problem.
