Summary: Efficient, professional, and friendly

Review: Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time and money going anywhere else! They are extremely professional courteous and extremely good at what they do. I recently took my Rx 350 in for a service issue at Lakeland Toyota , they quoted me what I thought was an extremely high price for an issue and I also questioned the issue they said was causing the problem with my air. They assured me that it was the problem they said it was. I called Empire and spoke with Dave ,and he questioned their analysis and price quote. Long story short, Empire fixed the issue with the air , fixed my rotors and refinished my headlights for 1 thousand dollars under what Lakeland Toyota quoted!!! Empire has always been prompt reliable and professional. Dave is straight up and good guy, they will take great care of you... I've been doing business with the for years
