Summary: Go beyond

Review: I've first experienced Perry's Automotive nearly 20 years ago. During that time, I had a vehicle that other Auto repair shops could not find the issues I was experiencing; and Perry's found the issues; repaired my vehicle. I've had a 09 Camry which needed a 60K and 90K tune up and they go beyond factory with a detailed explanation of why they change out all fluids, etc. You do pay more than most other Auto Repair Facilities or dealerships; however, it shows proof that an ASE Certified Repair facility has gone beyond the factory; and most of all, they've honored the warranty and labor (this includes a family member that they honored a labor for a part that failed one year later). So, I do look to Jeremy (owner-president) to answer any questions I may have even for general information of make and models of vehicles, their upkeep and long-lasting reputations. It's nice to have a reputable Certified Auto Repair Shop that holds customer value and still is honorable about warranties and labor back-up policies of their own.
