Summary: I specifically

Review: I specifically told Meineke that there was no rush fixing my car because it was right before Labor Day weekend and they agreed. I get a call The next day at 4pm Saturday evening demanding that come pay the bill and pick up my car by 5pm. I was in another city and there was no way I would make it back in time. The rep was so desperate for money he told me that the bill had to be paid before the holiday and suggested that I use one of their finance companies to pay the bill. I told him paying wasn’t an issue, my issue is I couldn’t make it back in time to pick up my vehicle since the call was so random. At that moment I felt like this business was a scam. I would never take a vehicle back there for service!
