Summary: The only people

Review: I would definitely tell them to visit your Parkville location and NOT Carney. The Carney location misdiagnosed my car issue and based upon their misdiagnosis, the problem I was having was NOT corrected (after spending over $1,000 for strut replacement....you can ask Ian for more info if you like). That being said, after the service tech John (at the Parkville location) was kind enough to drive my car and properly diagnose this issue, he believed the cause was not the struts but something COMPLETELY different! He even put my car up on the lift (mind you, this was 10 minutes prior to closing time) and confirmed that I needed the rear stabilizer links replaced. Don't your service techs at Carney ACTUALLY drive a customer's car before they make a diagnosis for repair? Or do they go solely on a customer's own evaluation? Anyway, Ian has scheduled me for the proper repair needed (let's hope this works) on Monday.
