Summary: Clean shop

Review: First, the techs were amazingly knowledgeable, personable, emphathetic and willing to work with the customer. Second, they provided suggestions and let the customer make the decision on what needed to be repaired first; no high pressure sale. The hourly rate for the mechanics I thought was high but if you have AAA, you can get a break on the final bill. Finally, the electronic report they provide on the condition of your car is an extra bonus! My first time at this shop and I hope to make it my only repair shop in Nashville. If you haven't visited Terry's Servcie Center, you should give it a try!
