Summary: Out truck

Review: Our truck had been giving us problems when we were towing our travel trailer. Our local repair shops could not figure out what was wrong and continued to suggest spending money on “possibilities” of what could be causing the trouble. After spending money on a couple “possibilities” that did not make any difference, we were getting very frustrated. Not knowing what was wrong caused us to not want to go camping for fear the truck would breakdown and leave us stranded somewhere. A friend recommended Integrity Auto Repair. We called them. We described what the truck was doing over the phone and Kelly had a fairly good idea that the problem was the Torque Converter. Something that none of the local shops even suggested. We decided to take the truck to Integrity Auto even though it is a 70-mile trip, one way. Although they could not get the truck to demonstrate the issue even when pulling a trailer, everyone including the transmission guy, were 99% certain that it was the Torque Converter. I know Kelly really wanted to get the truck to act up to be sure, but we decided to go ahead and replace it. We were very impressed with the honesty and caring shown by this repair shop. The complementary extensive vehicle condition inspection on a first visit was a refreshing change. Also, the willingness for Kelly to take the time to talk to us over the phone and in person to help us make informed decisions for our truck. We highly recommend Integrity Auto Repair and are considering making the trip for the routine maintenance going forward. Back to camping we go!!
