Review: This was my first time at Boyd's. From my initial phone inquiry to having undercoating applied to my new vehicle, I am greatly impressed with Boyd's Automotive!!! All staff I met during my appointment were very nice, pleasant and professional. I was appreciative of the explanation of the undercoating product and application process as I watched the product being applied to my vehicle. The technician who was working on my vehicle was very nice as he answered my questions. I was very comfortable in the clean and tidy waiting area while my vehicle was being sprayed. The cleanliness of Boyd's stands out to me! I was surprised to receive a gift bag after my vehicle was ready! They give them to first time customers! That is quite a rare gesture that makes a great impact on the customer! Also, when I got into my vehicle at the completion of my appointment, there were more treats for me! The staff at Boyd's showed me how appreciative they are of their clients. I felt I was important to them at all times throughout my experience. Boyd's Automotive is a gem! I can't thank you enough for your outstanding service and commitment to a high standard of customer service. Well done!!!
