Summary: My car was

Review: My car was in for a thermostat control circuit issue. Code P0599. Thermostat replacement is the fix. The under engine cover was not removed, and it seems nobody used a towel underneath the thermostat housing during removal, so now my under engine cover is all wet with coolant and is dripping in my garage. I figure until it finally evaporates. Also, my windshield washer fluid reservoir is now leaking....it wasn't when I brought my car in....pretty coincidental. And finally, I had a 4x6 pic of wife in my door pocket along with a comb and knife....the comb and knife are still there, but the pic has been taken. Amazing. One more thing....it seems that when a diagnostic test is performed, you pay for that on top of your repair. I know this was not always the case. Shops would usually waive this fee if you were getting the vehicle repaired. Besides the fact that the car itself has a diagnostic computer, and will let you know if there are any issues with your vehicle. Doing a visual inspection of items, should be quick. I will still probably use Franks, but I was somewhat unhappy overall.
