Summary: Tries hard

Review: Pete the manager has a chip on his shoulder. I called about a week after I picked up my vehicle because they did not return the parts they did not used on my vehicle and they 1000% insisted they were returned to me, they were not just a box with 1 of 3 components that were supposed to be there. The stainless steel hardware kit that I left for them to reinstall the skidplate underneath is a pain in the ass and also expensive to get from Bud Built plates, the wrong oil filter housing which I supplied and was to return was only 27 bucks put its the inconvenience and also the attitude. I had told Pete that I would be using them to install my lift and other components to my truck but with the shit attitude and not giving me my parts back I'll go elsewhere.
