Summary: This auto shop

Review: This auto shop totally upsold and tried to tell me I needed new brakes. They kept my car for 6 weeks because the part wasn't available, but failed to start it. When the battery was dead they charged me $200 for battery and installation. When they changed the differential they broke the speed sensor and charged me for it. Joe did not get the part from the dealer and instead went off market and charged me $50 more than the actual part from the dealer. He intentionally failed to mention this as he explained he wasn't able to get it from the dealer so it was 3X the price. He also said I needed new brakes on my car and quoted me $1400! I just had the rear brakes put on 4,000 miles ago and knew they did not need to be replaced. This was confirmed by another auto repair shop the next day after I picked up my car from Convoy Auto. I felt like Joe scammed me- I shouldn't have had to pay for thr dead battery because he didn't start it or unplug it, I should have to pay for a part they broke, and I was quoted new brakes and rotors for $1400....don't take your car here no matter how nice Joe seems.
