Summary: Nobody better

Review: I would tell them we scheduled our car to arrive at your convenience, almost a week from the time we made the initial call. I would tell them that we took our car in, as scheduled, and that it wasn't looked at during that day at all and nobody followed up with us about the delay. I would tell them that when they finally got around to looking at our vehicle, I was shocked by the absurd price for a 10-minute battery replacement. I would also tell them that I sent an email following the received estimate and that nobody responded either the same day or day following, that they just ignored the email. I would also tell them that I have kept coming back to this extremely expensive shop even though I was given an estimate around $2200 for our Yukon XL that ultimately was repaired by a Chevy dealer for less than $200. I would tell them these things since you guys have made it really clear (first with the gross delay in scheduling our car, then not getting to it when scheduled or updating us as to the delay). I can deal with the gross over-charges but I can't deal with bad service. You guys made it pretty clear this time that you don't value our business or want us as customers. Fine. No hard feelings on my end. You've just left us no other options. Yes, this is what I would say and, in fact, what I will say when I post my reviews.
