Summary: premier alternative to dealership maintenance.

Review: Concerning the quality of work performed on my vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised at the level of expertise exhibited by the service technicians. I received my Truck back in as good, if not better condition, than it was, before taking it to them. Very happy with the craftsmanship. As far as the customer service is concerned, I felt that the only thing sorely lacking was, there needs to be better communication regarding updates of vehicles if the service takes more than a couple of days to complete. The customer should be informed periodically on the progress of work being done to their vehicle. Without having to be prompted to do so. Other than that, the customer service was ok.
