3 Star Review

Summary: Excellent

Review: I found them through the CFNA site, called to confirm they accept the card and told them roughly what wrong with the car. Was told they take the card and service the issues I was having. Had the car towed there, was told they can’t even look at the car because they don’t do that kind of work. Also find out that they don’t accept the card that I asked about. Wasted time and money. When I go to the shop, the ladies at the front desk were just huffy and rude the whole time. The younger one at least called the company about the card to try and help, but she was sighing and pushing buttons really hard the whole time like she didn’t want to help me. Don’t even get me started on the older one who got up and started slamming doors and huffing and giving these exasperated sighs the whole time like I was interrupting their girl time. Because the lobby wasn’t packed, the phones weren’t ringing off the hook, so it’s not like taking a second to help me was going to kill them. This is when I found out they don’t take the card and their shop wasn’t supposed to be on the site. I talked to Jamey, who was by far the nicest exchange I had with anyone the whole experience after they got my car. He told me what we could do about the car, then later another guy leaves me a vm and sends an invoice talking about 1000 storage fee, and giving me contradictory information from the guy I spoke to in person. He was rude on the phone, I think his name was James. He finally agreed after I insisted that I had already spoke with someone about my car, but made it very clear he wasn’t happy with the outcome of our conversation. They have the audacity to be rude after they gave me false information, had me waste time and money. Jamey was nice, I appreciate his help. The rest of them… big nope
