Review: There may be an integrity issue with one of the technicians, or maybe he didnt feel the hood release lever break off in his hand. Either way it sure is a strange business decision to let a customer go who has spent thousands of dollars with you over a $15 part and then try to gaslight that same customer into believing the part had it coming due to its age. Thats one too many coincidences with auto-aid. Its a shame, too, because i was about to drop another $7k on replacing my prius engine with you. Guess now ill have to find another shop to do it since ill never know what little part i might be on the hook to replace next time its in the custody of auto-aid
