Summary: I visited the store

Review: I visited the store on Indian River in Virginia Beach, VA, this past week to have my AC checked because it was not blowing cold. I had a horrible experience and will NEVER return. The supervisor on duty was Jo, who was rude, unprofessional, and very disrespectful!!! When I took my car in I was told they would need to do pressurizing if they couldn't find the issue during inspection. I requested everything be checked regarding my AC before doing the pressure testing, which I was told would cost $240. I asked that the test be performed after electrical, etc were ruled out. They kept my car overnight and insisted they couldn't find anything wrong, so they had to pressurize it and keep it. Early the next morning the store called and left a message that my car was ready. When I called back I asked what was wrong with my AC, and they again said they couldn't find anything, so after pressurizing it they put dye in; and I should come back if it stopped cooling again. I picked my car up and left, a bit disappointed because I knew the issue had not been resolved, as there was a reason my AC stopped working to begin with. I left the store in my car and no sooner than I got 10 minutes away my AC stopped working again. While driving I also noticed my small cell phone holder that I had mounted on the wheel was broken in two. I returned to the store and spoke to Mike at the desk, who was polite I must say. I advised him my car AC went out and the AC light was blinking. I told Mike on the way back I googled the issue and posts on the internet suggested it might be the relay. A man on YouTube had the same issue with the exact model and year car. I asked if the shop checked my relay and Mike said they had, "no reason to". Now mind you my invoice stated no electrical issues were found and my relay is in the fuse box next to the engine. Why on earth was it not checked before I was charged $240+ for pressurizing????
