Summary: Friendly and helpful

Review: Outstanding job! I now have blessed AC during a hot summer. It was a challenge for the mechanics, since my van is 20 years old. It took longer than expected since new parts are not well made any more. They tried 3 different compressors. The third one was the charm (isn't it always?) After 3 days I had ice cold air and can now drive in the summer comfortably. I had several other repairs done last year and earlier this year. Each time the staff was very considerate and helpful. The repairs were done on time and the price was as quoted. Since I have some mobility issues, they even picked up and dropped off the van without my going to the shop. I have been very fortunate during the years I have owned vehicles. I always seem to find the best mechanics. Hopefully the van is as repaired as it can be and I won't need anything done beyond routine maintenance. If I ever do need any more work done, I will bring to Wauconda Car Care.
