Summary: Highly recommend

Review: During the original visit I had work done including changing the oil/filter. Once I got the car home-several hours later it was leaking oil. When I called and spoke to Chris he said immediately that he was sorry it happened (and explained why it happened). He offered to have the car towed and brought back immediately. I didn't need the tow; drove back (15 min trip) and it was repaired in 30-45 mins while I waited. Perhaps most people would have been pissed. I wasn't because I try to live my life understanding that people make mistakes sometimes. (I have been going there for several years.) The critical important part is how the owner of the establishment handles the situation. And Chris did an excellent job. He owned it and had it fixed immediately. And this has never happened before so it was a unique situation. While it was an inconvenience to have to go back, it was handled professionally and promptly. I still will highly recommend them.
