Review: Customer service is awesome. And although they always suggest an expensive amount of repairs (which is likely needed) there is no pressure to spend the money, which I greatly appreciate. On my last visit, I requested a repair to stop consistent rattling noise. Unfortunately the metal rattling is still present.
