Summary: Efficient, professional, and friendly

Review: Most professional from the front desk through the actually service department. Hobson leaves no unanswered questions and always alerts it’s customer to the amount of the service both in time and dollars. I am highly satisfied with all service I have received. My first car had to have the entire AC unit replaced. This visit was again for AC issues with a DIFFERENT car. It thankfully only needed coolant after an inspection. Very honestly they could have easily told me it as well needed to be replaced. Instead they sent me a message and video explaining just what I needed. And let’s not forget AC always needs a certified technician, which Hobson has. I am most pleased with their service.
