Summary: I am very disappointed

Review: I am very disappointed with the service I received here. I had an appointment at 9:00 and dropped my car off. At first the employees were very nice and helpful and I was quoted that it should take an hour and a half to get my car inspected. My vehicle has just recently been purchased and is in very good condition. At 11:00 I received the results that it had failed the inspection and it would be over $700 to fix the problems. The car failed due to the wiper blades, brake pads, and a bulb that was not installed correctly. After I received the results I told them I would not be getting that work done today and would take the rejection. As soon as I told them I would not be paying them, the attitude of the employees changed. The woman told me my car would be ready around 11:30 after they wrote the rejection sticker. I was not actually able to pick my car up until 11:40. I am frustrated with my experience because of the time it took, I feel like I was taken advantage of, the absurd pricing, and the disrespect the employees displayed. The total experience took almost 3 hours which is ridiculous for a simple inspection with an appointment. $700 is also an extremely high cost for the minor problems my car has. I could fix 2/3 of them myself for around $40. I have not had a good experience at this place and do not recommend anyone goes here.
