Review: 1. Front person - She tries very hard to schedule you when you want to bring your car in, then calls you to remind you of your appointment, then if you want, she will explain to you, in detail, your bill. 2. Keoki - He will make sure that if they find any other car problems, Keoki will inform you in detail what it is and if you must fix it soon. He will also suggest places to go to if they do not do certain needed car problems such as fixing tires. 3. Troy is the person who usually do the car repairs. He does a great and quality job. 4. Erin is the owner and insist all her associates delivers quality work. If you are looking for a good car repair shop or new to the islands and need car repair, I suggest you go to Pearl City Auto Works. They are honest, does quality work and the cost is fair. I do not have to buy another car, my car is 26 years old and traveled over 260,000 miles, because they take my car
