Summary: I was referred

Review: I was referred by AAA.cpm to get service lights checked by a preferred auto shop. I have an 07 Chevy Truck 4x4 with the following service indicator lights: 1) Service Stabilitrac 2) ABS 3) Service Tire Monitor System 4) Service Suspension I was told the diagnostic fee would be $169.43. They even provided me a courtesy ride back & forth. A few hours later, a service tech called me with a heavy thick accent saying that he needed to keep my truck to finish the next diagnostic, it will be a little more but could I pick it up later. I said yes. When I picked up my truck, I was told that I would be charged TWO diagnostic fees because the 2nd diagnostic was for the Stabilitrac & Suspension and I had already verbally agreed to it over the phone. KACAL'S CHARGED ME $302 for TWO DIAGNOSTICS!!! I have NEVER been charged two fees & I told the service tech that I did not think that this was right. I asked if any of the fees would go toward service if I decide to do business with them. They said "No." I truly do not think that I got charged appropriately. Could you please re-address this issue with me. Thanks RC EDWARDS
