Summary: I would tell them

Review: I would tell them to first look somewhere else. I went in for a transmission flush that cost me $301 and got a call that about $1900 worth of work needed to be done on my car; however, he then said that it would be about $900 something if I got the necessary things done. This included front brake replacement they said was 2/32, brake fluid flush they said was pink judging by the picture of the meter in the report they, new tires due to tread, air filter, a licensed plate light being out etc. well not only did I do a good chunk of the work my self with help from my uncle, but I discovered that my brake fluid was actually normal color (clear yellowish tint), they also did not put the light of my license plate back and it was slightly bent. We discovered this while changing it ourselves. We don’t know if it was done by the shop; however, the light could have at least been put back in its place. Also, my brakes were actually not 2/32. I have the old ones in a box to prove it. I could have gone longer on them but the gentlemen standing in for Rudy tried to make it seem like they could go out any minute and he didn’t want me to be a danger on the road to someone else and myself. There were 7 things that needed to be done and we knocked out 4 (one in which took seconds which was the air filter). Realized one of the jobs didn’t need to be done which was the brake fluid. Which left the tires and the GDI fuel service. With that being said my mother goes there regularly but I have informed of all this and requested that she actually go somewhere else. Not only do I not want her pockets to hurt, I want her to be able to be with people she can trust and be honest with her about the condition of her car.
