Summary: Had our car

Review: Had our car for 2 full days without so much as a phone call to tell us what was going on. I had to call 3 times just to get an update. When I called, Ashley only talked to me about the transmission, which is what I brought it in for, but then I received a notification when I was already arriving of 5 things that needed immediate attention that she did not mention. Poor communication throughout, still do not understand why it took 2 full days to look at our van when we were told to bring it in first thing Wednesday morning.
