Summary: Clean shop

Review: If it is simple power diagnostics, start at a parts store for free diagnostic on your battery and alternator, they charge in my opinion way too much and I feel I was taken advantage of!I would compare rates with other shops.

Reply: We appreciate the candid feedback and apologize for any misunderstanding. For clarification, most auto parts stores do not diagnose, but perform very basic tests and then sell a part that may or may not fix the issue. Although free, it may not be ideal. We charge a very fair and competitive price for thorough and professional testing and diagnosis, then perform the repairs using quality parts and service backed by a best-in-class nationwide warranty. In your case, we felt empathy for your personal situation and discounted the charges to help you out. For that, you unfairly accuse us of changing prices and taking advantage of you. We pride ourselves on trust and integrity and will never attempt to unfairly charge or take advantage of our customers; and will always attempt to do what we feel is the right thing to do.
