Summary: Excellence!

Review: Hometowne Auto customer service is fantastic! We were in town from out of state for a funeral, and encountered severe brake trouble the closer we got to our destination. Tired, frazzled and scared, we called Hometowne Auto and and they went above and beyond to get our car in for service at the last minute on a busy weekend. They walked us through the repairs every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure that service was completed in time for us to get to the funeral. They even shuttled us to and from our hotel after we dropped off the car and picked it up, which was a huge relief for us. We will be forever grateful for the care that we received, and the quality of the workmanship on the car was incredible. We would highly recommend Hometowne to anyone that needs quality car repairs with excellent customer service. Special shout out to Solomon, Joe and Zack - you guys are the best!
