Review: They are literally the best. After getting screwed over by the dodge dealership, we looked at reviews for other auto service providers in Moses lake. We discovered so many positive reviews about Scotty's. Our friends in town had told us they were great and the reviews confirmed this. We scheduled an appointment because my car was still leaking some kind of fluid that the dealership told us that there was no problem. We went back multiple times and turns out the steering rack was bad and needed to be replaced and it was fluid from that, that was leaking. Scotty worked with our warranty to get the approval for work. We scheduled the appt and they got it done. We have since been back 3 times and regularly do our oil changes there now. It's always excellent service at excellent prices. I highly recommend Scotty's for any of your car or moving needs. I am an online seller and needed some large boxes that they did thave in stock which were way cheaper than any other boxes of that size. They were nice enough to order me 20 of them and called me when they came in. All around great service that's fast and a very reasonable price. The dealership charged 2x as much for an oil change. I'll never take my vehicle anywhere else.
