Summary: I've been a customer

Review: I've been a customer for years. But sadly, their customer service seems to have declined. The last 2 times I have brought my car in for service over the last 12 months the exact same thing has happened. Poor customer service and poor communication. I dropped my car off at 8:00 am on a Thursday and within a few hours I received the automated "inspection report" which I love. I spent the next several hours attempting to speak with someone to understand the cost of each suggested repair. No one ever answered. The next day I started calling again, but no one answered. So finally that afternoon I drove to the shop to find out what was going on with my car. As I mentioned this same exact scenario happened each of my last 2 visits. When I went to the shop that Friday to check on my car, the woman at the desk was on the phone. At this point I was irritated about having to drive to the shop to get my questions answered, so out of frustration I sarcastically said, "Oh well at least I know the phones work," to which the response was, "Yeah, as you see I can't get the phones to stop ringing." I get it, but that's not my problem. A better response would have been to acknowledge my frustration and apologize for my inconvenience of having to drive to the shop to get a status update on my car. After dropping my car off on a Thursday at 8:00 am, finally authorizing repairs Friday afternoon, they called me Monday at 4:58 to let me know my car was ready. That was great news, the only problem was that they close at 5:00, so my car would have to sit in the shop yet another night. I finally picked up my car today. No one ever bothered to review the final work that was done. They just took my payment and directed me to my car, with no thought of at least acknowledging the service delays and lack of communication (it was the same person i had been dealing with). I knew an apology was likely out of the question. And to top it off, when I went to get my car in the lot, they had parked it smack dab in the middle of mud, after a day of torr
