Summary: I'd tell them

Review: I'd tell them you're overpriced and money hungry. I went there this morning for a 7am appointment knowing I needed rear brake pads, calipers and rotors were fine. The wise guy says," So you want a brake inspection". How much is that, $72.00. I said then is that applied to the brake job if I elect to have the work done here, "no". Pay for an inspection $72.00 then pay for the parts and labor, $500-$550(quote from the wise guy)For rear brakes for a 2017 Chevy Equinox AWD. The person could have cared less if I left it or left, which I did, leave. I said I just moved here and live four blocks away. Could care less attitude. Way to go Roy, serving that local community alright!
