Summary: Highly recommend

Review: Well...another mystery ailment on my car. I did some research and found the fix for this check engine light on my air bag sensor could be anywhere from $200 and up to fix...and could be expensive. I called Jeff and he said he would need for me to leave my car (normally he does most of my work while I wait or go shopping), but that the sensor, although serious would be fine till I could make it to his shop. I waited about 2 weeks and finally decided to take my car into Mace's Garage. Jeff called me the day after I dropped it off and said he did the testing, and even dismantled the cables and cleaned/lubricated them. The check engine light went away. He drove my car and the error did not reappear. I drove the car home and as of a week later...still no error message. In other words, Mace's garage fixed my problem for a FRACTION of the cost...actually, I was only charged for the testing and labor. I'm so grateful to have mechanic that KNOWS their job, that can explain what he's going to do...and ONLY does what is necessary to fix any problems. I've been driving for over 50 years and seen my share of mechanics that I just didn't trust...it was like going to a dentist...Jeff Mace is not like that. I HIGHLY recommend my friends and relatives to use him and I know for fact that several of his customers came from my referral. Thank you Jeff Mace!!!
