Summary: Couldn't be happier

Review: Over the last 25 years, I have owned only a few vehicle brands ( Saab, Volvo, Toyota, and most recently, Mercedes ). During that time, I have used 3 local, private automotive shops and several dealerships. The private shops were personable but eventually, and unfortunately, fell behind in technology, thus limiting their service. The dealerships, without exception, despite the guise of customer service, were using technology to bolster their business, and revenue. Embarrassingly, it took me 2 decades to discover Neils. I don’t profess to know all of the employees of this multi-generational family owned business, but those I have gotten to know treat me with respect, and care for my vehicles as I would imagine they care for their own. I believe in the integrity of their advice, as much much as in the quality of their work. Inexpensive? No. Unfortunately vehicles that have computers will no longer be easy to diagnose, and repairs will reflect that same complexity. However, Neil’s will not shy away from the simplest service appointment or a customer’s challenging request for a customization. They have recently gone to great lengths to source parts to modify an older luxury vehicle to allow me to leave the black top behind in search of remote fly fishing and hunting destinations. I can, without reservations, highly recommend Neil’s.
