Summary: Took Volvo in

Review: Took volvo in fo r repair and charged 1500.00.when I got car back it was not fixed at all and did the same stuff I took it in for.I took it back and was told they needed more money to look at it.All should think twice about taking any car into them.Very Un happy with Jay's and now car does not run at all and taking to someone who knows about volvo cars.If u don't mind linings their pockets with your hard earned money and dont care if your car is fixed or not that's the place to go.I would not even let them change my oil....very poor quality service and will never go back again...watch out for this one...crooks

Reply: Greg , this is not true . you took car and drove car and had no problems and then after 3 days you had runability problem. you did not fix drive shaft that is ready to come aprt , u act and treat people like you are a king and we are peasants. As we talked i decided you are never gonna be happy so i asked you to take some where else and we will parts way. Please enjoy rest of you time hear on this planet earth.
