Review: When I called Heather was very friendly and attentive to my concerns about my vehicle. She explained options for dropping off and provided a price to diagnose the issues. We dropped off in the evening before closing and they secured our vehicle in the gated portion of their lot. The next day Heather contacted us and informed us of the issues and proposed resolution along with a quote for the repair costs. We contacted them a bit later and spoke to a gentleman who provided great detail about the issues and details about the work to be done and a timeline for completion of the work, the following day by closing. We received a call in the afternoon the next day that our vehicle was ready to go, earlier than expected. Our vehicle was running like a champ when we picked it up. The customer service and auto repair service we received from HomeTowne Auto was fantastic! We’re glad we found them and will be back in the future for other auto service needs.
