Summary: Excellent service

Review: Terrible customer service!! No way will I ever go back!! They wanted 400$ for a simple o2 sensor installation, Phil told me 100$, after I get in the shop, the price went 4 times that, then charged me 60 00 to just look at!! Very disappointed, I knew what was wrong with my jeep, I told them before I brought it in!! Never go back , and they were very rude when I picked it up ll

Reply: We apologize for any misunderstanding. When you made the appointment, you were told that we would need to diagnose the issue first and the cost would be up to $100, as are not in the habit of replacing parts without confirming the part is in fact failed and in need of replacement. We did not quote replacing the sensor for $100. You agreed to the diagnosis and brought the vehicle in at the scheduled time. We completed the inspection and diagnosis in good time and determined that the vehicle needed more than a “simple O2 sensor installation”. We explained this and provided a quote to complete the needed repairs, which were declined. You were charged a more than fair price of only $57.84 for the time the technician had in diagnosing the vehicle. We provide expert diagnosis, quality repairs and an industry best warranty for our workmanship; all with reasonable prices. Our many 5 star reviews confirm this. We are sorry to hear that this does not meet your values and wish you luck in finding a shop that is a better match for you.
