Summary: I took my 99 F350..

Review: I took my 99 F350 7.3 into them shortly before Christmas for some diagnostic work. I explained to them that I would be out of town for a bit and they assured me it would be no issue at all. I was gone for a week, when I came back, the work was done, the problem found, and I was unable to pick the truck up due to extenuating circumstances. I ended up having to leave it there for another week, and they did not have an issue with it at all. Most shops would have thrown a fit about a big truck taking up parking space, but these guys were polite, patient, and professional. They didnt try to hit me up with any unnecessary repairs, services, or storage charges. The owner who informed me of what was actually wrong with my truck and what it would cost to fix seemed a bit, hmm... Irrationally exuberant? Almost bubbly? But once I declined the ""repair"" and explained I only wanted the diagnostic, he didnt try to push or sell anything else, which was a VERY welcome relief after having dealt with other shops. I will most definitely be returning to this place if I ever need anything else.
