Summary: The ONLY place

Review: Frank's is the ONLY place I will take my 2001 Mercedes SLK230 in for service. They have taken excellent care of my car and me for the past 10 years. Great customer service, easy to schedule appointments when it's convenient for me, offers complementary rides home if needed, very comfortable waiting room (free wifi and bottled water), service techs are top notch, friendly and professional. Their follow-up is outstanding - by email/text and phone, they are in constant touch notifying me of the status of my car, explaining suggested service with photos and recommendations, if any issues or concerns are detected. My car is always sparkling clean and running like new whenever I pick it up after being serviced. I trust Frank's completely. They are family to me!
