Review: 100% satisfied with any work you have done. Trust you all the way. I brought my car over when I knew something was wrong with my car after BMW -BLOOMINGTON said I needed a battery & a Valve Cover & Eccentric Sensor because it was leaking oil. ?? You did it 1/14/21 - when I picked my car up at Bloomington, I drove to Lake City. Told it ran rough & warning lights going on. Brought it to you - thank you for taking pictures that I could send to them. After a lot of phone calls, complaining, & your help they picked at your place & took it to their BMW place. They Finally said it was their fault & were working on it. They called Fri. Jan. 21, asked if I had a light that came on - round & squiggly lines. NO. Have never seen that or ai would have had it checked. Their plan was to make sure it’s good before I get it. They said they would a valet it to my house on Monday. I’ll believe it when it’s in my driveway. Don’t trust them. Thank you for all your help with this & other times. Sorry to hear you won’t be working on BMW’s anymore. I wish there were more places that treat people right, are honest, & trustworthy. My son Ryan also thanks you. You can edit this & share. I have always trusted you, the great Customer Service & friendly people, & always doing quality work in your shop. Thank you very much.
